12 Dec 2003: Premiered at the Academy Concert Hall, Royal Scottish Academy of Music and Drama, Glasgow by the Scottish Chamber Orchestra with Garry Walker, conductor, Catherine Wyn-Rogers, mezzo and Ian McDiarmid, narrator.
Performed by Madeleine Pierard (mezzo-soprano), and the New Zealand Symphony Orchestra with conductor James Judd, recorded at the Wellington Town Hall in Wellington on 16th and 17th in August, 2007
