This is the most substantial work for scordatura violin since Heinrich Von Biber wrote his Mystery Sonatas in 1698. Composer and Violinist Chris Prosser recorded this double album after an odyssey of the Pacific hoping to find a sense of belonging, having been born in England but spending half of his life in New Zealand.
